What information do I need to provide for customization? Is the measuring process complicated?
A: It’s very simple! Depending on the product you choose, we will provide clear illustrated or video measurement guides. Typically, you only need to provide 1-5 key measurements (e.g., circumference, length, spacing, etc.) using a standard soft tape measure. The entire process takes just a few minutes, and our customer service team is available to guide you at any time. Rest assured!
How long is the customization cycle? What is the shipping speed?
A: Since each product is exclusively made “one person, one model,” the production time is slightly longer than for standard products, but it is absolutely worth the wait.
The standard customization cycle is:
– Production time: **3-10 business days** after confirming your measurements.
– Shipping time: Approximately **5-14 days**, depending on your region.
You can contact customer service after placing your order to check the specific progress.
Is the product material safe? Will it cause allergies?
A: Safety is our foundation. We strictly use **316L Medical-Grade Stainless Steel** (or your actual material), which offers:
– High Biocompatibility**: Widely used in medical devices and implants, significantly reducing the risk of allergies.
– Corrosion Resistance**: Resistant to sweat and corrosion, easy to clean and disinfect, and remains like new for a long time.

Is the shipping packaging discreet?
A: Yes! We fully understand the importance of privacy. All products are shipped with Stealth Packaging”:
– Neutral Packaging**: Plain brown cardboard box with no product information.
– Confidential Shipping Label**: The shipping label will display generic terms such as “Daily Essentials” or “Home Decorations,” with no sensitive information. Your privacy is protected throughout the entire process.
Do you offer a 30-day no-reason return policy?
A: As the product is custom-made based on your exclusive data, it falls under the category of “Custom-made Products”** as defined by consumer protection laws. Therefore, it **does not qualify for no-reason returns**.
However, if there is a quality issue or a significant discrepancy from the confirmed model dimensions, we fully support returns or exchanges. Please feel free to make your purchase with confidence.
Can I have a completely custom design?
Yes, we welcome completely custom designs. Please tell us your specific requirements, and we will do our best to meet your request.
How to clean and maintain the product?
Our products are easy to clean with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Detailed care instructions will be included in your package.
What materials do you use for your products?
Our products are made of hypoallergenic or low-sensitivity materials to ensure safety, durability, and comfort.
Can the product be modified or adjusted after receiving it?
Depending on the design, some adjustments may be possible, but major changes may require additional fees. Please contact us for more information.
What if my measurements are not accurate?
The size you provide is the final basis for our production. If you find any issues before production begins, please contact us immediately to make changes. Once production starts, adjustments cannot be made.
