What information do I need to provide for customization? Is the measuring process complicated?
A: It’s very simple! The main page of your chosen product will have a clear illustrated measurement guide. Typically, you only need to use a standard measuring tape to measure 1-5 key dimensions (e.g., perimeter, length, spacing, etc.). The whole process takes only a few minutes, or you can contact our customer service for assistance at any time.
How long is the customization cycle? What is the shipping speed?
A: Since each product is exclusively made “one person, one model,” the production time is slightly longer than for standard products, but it is absolutely worth the wait.
The standard customization cycle is:
– Production time: **3-10 business days** after confirming your measurements.
– Shipping time: Approximately **5-14 days**, depending on your region.
You can contact customer service after placing your order to check the specific progress.
Is the product material safe? Will it cause allergies?

Is the shipping packaging discreet?
A: Yes! We fully understand the importance of privacy. All products are shipped with Stealth Packaging”:
– Neutral Packaging**: Plain brown cardboard box with no product information.
– Confidential Shipping Label**: The shipping label will display generic terms such as “Daily Essentials” or “Home Decorations,” with no sensitive information. Your privacy is protected throughout the entire process.
Can I have a completely custom design?

How to clean and maintain the product?

What materials do you use for your products?
We use only **316L medical-grade stainless steel** (or your specified material). Made from hypoallergenic, hypoallergenic materials to ensure safety, durability, and comfort.
Can the product be modified or adjusted after receiving it?
Depending on the design, some adjustments may be possible, but major changes may require additional fees. Please contact us for more information.
What if my measurements are not accurate?
The dimensions you provide are not the final basis for our production. Before producing the metal model, we will use a 3D printer to create a 1:1 resin fitting model based on the dimensions you provide. If you find any problems, please contact customer service immediately to modify the dimensions. (We will cover the costs of the first two resin model productions and shipping; please accurately measure your dimensions during these first two opportunities.) Once production of the metal model begins, we will not be able to make any adjustments.

1、Measure Size: Using a soft measuring tape, select the product page you wish to purchase and follow the prompts to measure the size (unit: centimeters).
2、Fill in Shipping Information: Fill in your shipping address and remember to leave your email address and phone number (you will receive a shipping confirmation and product information).

4、Resin Trial Version: The resin trial version offers two free creation and adjustment opportunities. Please measure accurately and provide feedback on any issues during these two opportunities.
