Due to a current surge in orders, all requests are being processed strictly according to the sequence in which they were placed. By providing an additional tip to our designers and workers, you can expedite the production of your order; they will work on it after their regular shifts—without disrupting the progress of other pending orders—to ensure a faster turnaround time. (Please refrain from placing such an order hastily without first consulting with our customer service team; doing so without prior arrangement would deprive our designers and workers of their necessary rest time.)

1. This product is a brand new, custom-made item and is non-refundable. Please carefully confirm all details and dimensions before placing your order.

2. We have our own design team and factory, providing a one-stop service from design and production to finished product. Due to the special nature of customized products, dimensions may vary.

3. All product images are provided. However, due to factors such as differences in lighting and light sources, there may be slight color variations. The actual product may have vibrant colors that match the design; please refer to the visual effect you receive.

4. We ship discreetly. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service immediately. Please note that time differences may cause delays in our response, but please leave us a message and we promise to reply as soon as possible.
